CREDIT CARDS

If paying by credit card, the application is a two-step process. Step 1 is the Payment Transaction and STEP 2 is the MJFS Camp Application.

    STEP 1: Payment process

Once you complete the payment transaction, you will receive a Transaction ID in an e-mail confirmation. Please note your Transaction ID, as it is required in STEP 2.

    STEP 2: MJFS Camp Application

All fields are required. Once you submit the application, you will receive a confirmation via email confirming your application has been submitted.

    CHECKS or MONEY ORDERS

Download the mail-in application via the link below. Completed application must accompany check or money order for the full tuition amount. Please make payment payable to MICHAEL JORDAN FLIGHT SCHOOL. Mail completed application with payment to: MICHAEL JORDAN FLIGHT SCHOOL 11901 Santa Monica Blvd, Suite 598 Los Angeles, CA 90025. You will receive an enrollment confirmation in 2-3 weeks.

There will be no refunds for cancellations occurring less than 4 weeks prior to the first day of your camp session. Deadlines for cancellations are as follows: June 26, 2016 for those attending Session 1 (July 24 - July 28) and July 1, 2016 for those attending Session 2 (July 29 - August 2). You will receive a refund less a $225.00 administrative fee per camper cancellation provided you cancel prior to the cancellation deadlines listed above. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE ABOVE MENTIONED DEADLINES.

The Michael Jordan Flight School reserves the right not only to accept but also to reject any paid camp registrants and/or applicants as we see fit.

No camper is officially enrolled into 2016 Michael Jordan Flight School until they receive a confirmation letter from the MJFS administrative offices.
